One-on-One Sessions

Each session is unique and paced according to the client's needs and comfort level. Together, we will work to unravel patterns that no longer serve you and engage with your nervous system to resolve trauma and stress. The emphasis is on empowering the client to listen to their body and regain a sense of safety, control, and well-being.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and can be offered virtually or in person in Jackson, Wyoming.

1-1 Sessions

Each session is unique, based upon your needs in the moment, and is designed to help you reconnect with your body and emotions in a way that feels manageable and empowering. Through a blend of Somatic Experiencing® techniques, gentle guided awareness, and nervous system education, you’ll learn to recognize and shift patterns that may be keeping you in cycles of overwhelm, tension, or disconnection. There is typically a flow that allows for deep listening, exploration, and integration. Sessions may incorporate talking, body awareness exercises, nervous system regulation strategies, gentle movement, supportive self-touch, and guided meditations or visualization exercises.

What to Expect in a Session:

  • A supportive, attuned space where you set the pace

  • An emphasis on creating a sense of safety and support, helping you to reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering and stabilizing

  • Respect for your boundaries and readiness—no “pushing through” or re-traumatizing

  • Guided practices to support awareness of body sensations, movement, emotions, images, and thoughts as they naturally arise

    • This might include talking, body awareness exercises, nervous system regulation strategies, gentle movement, supportive touch, and guided meditations or visualization exercises.

  • Practical tools you can take into everyday life to support ongoing regulation and help you build a greater sense of self-trust and resilience over time

Length & Format:

  • Sessions are 60 minutes

  • Offered IN-PERSON in Jackson, WY or ONLINE (anywhere in the world)

Workshops & Retreats

Private retreats can range from half-day to multi-day experiences that can include Somatic Experiencing, yoga, hiking, meditation, and other adventures and healing activities.
