  • Individual Sessions

    Each session is unique, based upon your needs in the moment, and is designed to help you reconnect with your body and emotions in a way that feels manageable and empowering. Through a blend of Somatic Experiencing® techniques, gentle guided awareness, and nervous system education, you’ll learn to recognize and shift patterns that may be keeping you in cycles of overwhelm, tension, or disconnection. There is typically a flow that allows for deep listening, exploration, and integration.

    What to Expect in a Session:

    A supportive, attuned space where you set the pace

    Sessions may incorporate talking, body awareness exercises, nervous system regulation strategies, gentle movement, supportive self-touch, and guided meditations or visualization exercises.

    An emphasis on creating a sense of safety and support, helping you to reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering and stabilizing

    Respect for your boundaries and readiness—no “pushing through” or re-traumatizing

    Guided practices to support awareness of body sensations, movement, emotions, images, and thoughts as they naturally arise

    Practical tools you can take into everyday life to support ongoing regulation and help you build a greater sense of self-trust and resilience over time

    Length & Format:

    Sessions are 60 minutes

    IN-PERSON (Jackson, WY) & ONLINE (anywhere in the world)

  • Sacred Ground - New Parent & Postpartum Circle

    Come to rest, renew, and remember your wholeness

    Sacred Ground is a nurturing space where new parents can slow down, be seen, and feel held in community. Through gentle somatic practices, guided meditations, and heartfelt sharing, we create a space to honor the postpartum journey in all its complexity. Rooted in both nervous system science and yogic wisdom, our circles offer tools to ground, restore, and reconnect with your body while also opening to the sacred—moments of stillness, presence, and deep connection.

    Who This Circle is For?
    Sacred Ground is open to parents at any stage of the postpartum journey—from the first weeks after birth to the first few years of parenthood. There’s no hard cut-off—every parent’s experience of recovery, integration, and adjustment is unique. If you are seeking support, connection, and a space to rest, restore, and be seen, this circle is for you!

  • Yoga & Meditation

    I teach regular group classes at local studios—see the schedule below for upcoming offerings.

    I offer private one-on-one or group yoga and meditation session. These can be tailored to your unique goals and delivered virtually or in-person in Jackson, Wyoming.

  • Retreats

    Private retreats can range from half-day to multi-day experiences that can include Somatic Experiencing, yoga, hiking, meditation, and other adventures and healing activities.

    Join an existing retreat or work with Whitney to customize a retreat for yourself or your group!
