• The Courage to Choose Yourself

Many of us have learned to orient toward others—reading the room, anticipating needs, and maintaining connection at the cost of ourselves. Some may identify as empaths or highly attuned individuals, with a natural sensitivity to others’ emotions or environments.

Over time, this can become a pattern of over-attunement and self-abandonment, where our own needs, desires, and authentic expression are set aside—and we lose connection to our inner authority and ability to deeply self-honor.

This workshop is an invitation to begin to gently shift that pattern. Through somatic & IFS parts-based exercises, guided meditation, reflective journaling, creative expression, movement and yoga you’ll be guided to:

Reconnect with your body as a source of truth and clarity

Recognize people-pleasing and over-attunement patterns without shame

Build capacity to honor your needs, boundaries, and truth

Strengthen your ability to say yes or no with clarity and self-trust

    Develop healthy discernment in relationships

Strengthen your ability to stay connected to yourself—even in relationship

This is not about becoming less caring, but about becoming rooted in yourself, so your care for others no longer comes at the expense of you.

A supportive, experiential space to begin coming home to yourself.
